No one knows what an influencer needs in an agent more than one who's been let down by so many. Working in the industry on both the influencer and brand sides for well over a decade in various niches, and specialising in DIY and Interiors for almost 6 years, the idea of launching a talent agency has been brewing for a long time.

 

As an influencer ourselves, we were shocked at the limited options available for creators in this niche seeking reliable representation and help finding those all-important collaborations that keep a roof over their heads and their free-to-consume content flowing. Popular agencies either exploited, ghosted, or failed to deliver on their promises, and we believe a significant gap existed in the industry for a truly transparent and earnest agency that nurtures, cheerleads, and fights for its talent. After all, their growth is our growth! Taking all the complaints regarding other agents in the industry from a pool of like-minded, fed-up, and frustrated influencers in this niche, the urgent need for a boutique agency like Haus + Home Talent became clear. In June 2024, we launched and took on our first group of creators to build up our strong and diverse roster.

The home interiors and DIY markets have experienced significant growth in the last 5 years, leading to a saturated space for content creators. These creators strive to differentiate themselves, gain recognition, secure brand deals, and receive fair compensation for their expertise, time, effort, and influence they have.

At Haus + Home Talent, we understand that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work. As influencers ourselves, we vow to be different from other agents and offer a fully bespoke service. We won't take a flat percentage when the same work is required for both a £2k and a £20k collab, and we won't steal your collaborations for ourselves either. We believe in complete transparency and will keep you informed of all communications and opportunities. Whether you're a seasoned influencer or new to the mid-size creator life, we can help you achieve your goals and manage your career in the way that you best prefer.

Our agency is dedicated to ensuring that you receive fair treatment and equal opportunities. We will not ghost you or practice favouritism. Although in this industry there is no absolute guarantee in a reliable monthly income from sponsorships and campaigns, our primary objective is to do our absolute best to achieve a sustainable income by securing the partnerships you deserve, allowing you to focus on creating high-quality content. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid, so you best believe we'll be grafting! Additionally, using our knowledge and experience in marketing and social media, we will assist you in growing your brand, by keeping you informed of algorithm changes, helping you brainstorm content ideas and develop a growth plan for your account. We'll also provide training, workshops, and exclusive opportunities that other agencies don't or cannot offer. We also LOVE a party, so we'll be organising a few of those in due course!
